Lounge, Terrace and Bar

The dining room where lunch, dinner and breakfast are served is located at the groundfloor of the hotel.

In summer, you can dine on one of our two terraces.

Our indoor lounge (and in summer our outdoor area) are at your disposal for your greatest pleasure. You will find many magazines there.

The hotel bar welcomes you with tasty local beers and cold drinks, which you can enjoy in the lounge or while enjoying the sweetness of our private terrace.

The Chef's Journey

For Xavier Spadiliero cooking is a real passion. He comes from the hotel school of Grenoble then that of Toulouse.

It was in 2005 that he opened his restaurant in Vic-en-Bigorre. He is a Master Craftsman. Its secret: the permanent reinvention of classic recipes and 100% homemade.

His secret: local producers

He collaborates with local producers to obtain fabulous local products such as black Bigorre pork, Tarbais beans, Astarac chicken, Pyrenean trout, organic lentils, saffron, creamery, etc.

His 'Home' cooking is a real culinary heritage that he offers you with his greatest love for things well done. For children, he offers us a taste discovery menu.
